中国を中心に発生した188体育の感染拡大はより深刻なものとなっています。

とくに、中国への渡航は控えるよう要請します。日本国政府は、2月1日より、中国湖北省発行のパスポート保持者と、過去14日以内に湖北省に滞在した外国人の入国を拒否していますが、2月12日から、浙江省発行のパスポート保持者と、過去14日以内に浙江省に滞在した外国人についても、入国を拒否しています。今後さらに、中国全土からの入国?帰国が困難となることが予想されます。合わせて、本学では当面の間、中国から帰国?入国した学生の14日間の通学を禁止しています。感染拡大を防止するためにも、滞りなく新学期をスタートするためにも、中国へは渡航しないようにしてください。

本学の学生、教職員の皆さんには、感染防止を心がけ、関連情報に注意し、慎重に行動するよう要請します。

?当面の間、中国湖北省、浙江省発行のパスポートを保持者と、同省での滞在歴がある外国人は、日本へ入国することができません。

?中国では公共交通機関の停止や駅?空港の閉鎖等の交通規制や、外出制限が行われています。

?日系航空会社を含む各国の航空会社も中国への航空便の運休?減便を発表しており、帰国できなくなる可能性があります。

③中国から帰国した学生は、帰国日から14日間は通学しないでください。

?帰国後スタジオ?マスターと教学課学生支援担当(072-453-8222)へ連絡し、自宅にて健康観察にあたること。

?新学期に間に合うよう、中国に帰国中の留学生は3月15日までに日本に再入国すること。

④発熱や咳など、呼吸器症状が出た場合には、教学課学生支援担当(072-453-8222)へ連絡の上、下記の場所に相談すること。

【重要通知】关于新型冠状病毒感染肺炎的严峻形势的关注（第3报）

以中国为中心发生的新型冠状病毒感染的扩撒已经非常严峻。

特别是现在要求大家不要进入中国。虽然之前日本政府发布自2月1日起，持有湖北省护照的人员及过去14天以内去过湖北的外国人禁止进入日本。但是从2月12日开始，持有浙江省护照的人员和过去14天以内去过浙江的外国人也禁止进入日本。预测今后中国所有区域进出日本会比较困难。综上所述，现在从中国来日本的学生及回到日本的学生，本学校禁止14天内来校。为了防止感染扩散、也为了新学期顺利的开始，请避免进入中国。

要求本学的学生及教职员，用心做好预防感染措施，注意新冠关连信息、小心出行。

?最近，持有中国湖北省浙江省护照的人员和去过湖北省浙江省的外国人不能进入日本。

?在中国已经采取公共交通机关停止运行，封锁机场车站，交通管制，禁止外出的措施。

?包含日本航空公司在内的各国航空公司发表了飞往中国的航班停飞及减少航班的声明，有可能不能返回日本。

③从中国返回来的学生，从返回日本的时间开始14天之内禁止来校。

?返回日本后联系担当老师和教学课学生支援担当(072-453-8222)，在家隔离观察身体状况。

?现在已经在中国的留学生，为了新学期顺利开始上课，请在3月15日之前返回日本。

④有发烧，咳嗽，呼吸道感染症状的情况下，首先联系教学课学生支援担当，然后联系一下场所询问。

【Important Announcement #3】Current Outbreak of Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV)

The current outbreak of 2019-nCoV is getting more serious.

Especially, Osaka University of Tourism (the University) requests the students to refrain from traveling to China. The Japanese government has rejected people who have passports issued by the Hubei Province, China and people from other countries who stayed in Hubei Province, China within the past 14 days from entering Japan. Since February 12, the Government has also rejected people who have passports issued by the Zhejiang Province, China and people from other countries stayed in Zhejiang Province, China within the past 14 days from entering Japan. The University is considering that it will be more difficult for people to enter and return from all over China in the future. Additionally, the University prohibits the students who enter Japan/return from China from commuting to the University for 14 days. To prevent severe infection and start the new semester without delay, please refrain from traveling to China.

The University requests the students and faculty members to prevent infection, watch out the relevant information and take more careful action.

Please be more careful about the following points:

①Refrain from traveling overseas unless otherwise urgently required.

②Refrain from traveling to China.

?People who have passports issued by the Hubei Province or Zhejiang Province, China and people from other countries who stayed in Hubei Province or Zhejiang Province, China cannot enter Japan for the time being.

?The Chinese government controls its public transportation including suspending some transportation systems, closing some railway stations and airports and imposing a curfew.

?Airline companies in the world including Japanese airline companies have announced flight cancellation and reduction to/from China. The passengers who travel to China may not come back to Japan.

③The University prohibits the students who have entered or returned from China from commuting to the university for 14 days after entering Japan.

?Contact the Studio Master and the staff in charge of student support in the Education Division (tel:072-453-8222) after coming back to Japan and keep a health check at the house.

?In the case of the students who have gone back to China, the University requests them to come back to Japan by 15 March 2020.
